ENHANCED SEISMIC EVALUATION



Enhanced Seismic Evaluation involves performing probabilistic and deterministic hazard analysis based on the Maximum Considered Earthquake (MCE). This will yield the following design figures/ parameters/ inputs:

  • Probabilistic reccurence curves (Annual Rate of Excelence vs PGA).

  • Multiple MCE-based response spectra.

  • CBC/ASCE code-based spectra.

  • Design spectra.

  • Probabilistic site categorization and seismic site-coefficients.

  • Multiple ground surface acceleration time histories for dynamic modeling of structure.

  • Probabilistic site specific spectra (72, 475, and 2475 year return period).
